A person is a universal classical computer in the sense that they are that plus more. The capacity for explanation depends upon, or has a prerequisite, of universal computation but not vice versa. There is a philosophy of mathematics called finitism and if you believe in it then there must be an infinite number of intages. In order to generate intages we add one to any number that we currently do have. And so if the argument is there is a largest possible number, then we are contradicting the rule that, in order to get to the next number, we add one. So therefore there is finite number of numbers.
