How to Cool Your Body to Avoid Heat Illness

The east coast versus the southwest for example of the united states will have very different options available to them both inside and outside about how to cool down. The body is shedding heat through like i guess electromagnetic energy which makes up most of your cooling when the ambient temperatures are less than body temperature. Once the ambient temperature is above your body temperature in fahrenheit it's like 96.6 so you need to be more careful if you're going out on a hot day. Your hypothalamus also regulates heat production in the body as well as vasodilation, catacophony and hyperalamines. If we know the ways the body cools we can maybe use those too.
