Words That Edify Are Those That Build You Up
The words that we use should deal with what the person says or what the person does not an attack on their character. Edifying speech is lastly going to help reach a solution. It's like, hey, if that is my perception of how things happened then I am going to do my best to come to a mutually agreeable solution.
