Mike Downey: I think too often we are predisposed to seeing this injury as that's the tissue we need to focus on and nothing but that tissue. And we forget that there's an entire athlete often getting out of shape in front of us as they're going through the rehab process. So we need to keep addressing, you know, some of the heuristics for our resistance training and whatever other training modellies we're doing.
