Diversity training industry in the united states alone is above a ten billion dollar a year industry this is an industry that produces no tangible product whatsoever. Almost none of what it does is supported by evidence in his favor some of what itdoes is has evidence against it. don't do that people that's their advice don't do it maybe close to final point that speaks to this both the skew and the polarization cycle comes when james starts to talk about people like you and me mr have the mistaken idea that maybe this isn't a big deal and it hasn't impacted society.
