How to Spin an Asteroid

Graphene has enormous tensile strength which is great for space elevators and other tethers. It also makes a nice net for holding our asteroid together if we did spin it but we probably wouldn't want to anyway. You can merge asteroids fairly easily in most cases, they're just heaps of gravel or ice so merging a comet with your asteroid could be a common exercise.
