The Importance of Context in KM
I love the fact that you gave another example of context. The junior associate is going to have might use the exact same term to search on, but will need much different results than a senior partner would somebody who spent with the organization for years and years. That's a great example of what a mature search looks like. So I think the big thing for us was as a KM team, I'm really proud of us because we try and dig our heels into the unknown as much as possible. We saw about an 80% increase in usability and ability of the site.
