Are You on Leave From the Economist?

i've been following your career for a couple of years now. Was there any kind of efforto to get you fired from the economist? Internally, absolutely not. Externally, there were some, but they were quite cack handed. If anybody shows any sort of weakness at the moment, it's like blood in the water in the shark circle. And my editor never did.
