Is There a Limit in Being?

fundamentalist christians read this as an injunction, right? This is what human beings should do, dominate all other living things. But it's more like a description, which is that the consequence of the imbeddedness of this spark of divinity in the individual is precisely what gave rise to the human ability to dominate the planet. So it's not an injunction so much as a cold hearted description. There's a very profound idea underlying the necessity of the creation of the individual human being.
