Air traffic controller robert morgan guided a passenger on a sesna caravan to land that aircraft after the pilot became incapacitated while he was on his lunch break. Robert had never flown that particular plane, so he was guessing about the controls and where they were. And it really was an amazing thing. My shot out goes to branif airways.
