Is There a Middleman in This Story?
Noreet is washing her son's uniform at a checkpoint. She works to make sure that the Palestinians are treated fairly. Her character was partly inspired by my grandmother who worked at so much when she was in her mid 70s. I wanted with every story to echo certain things about the character and the way they see the world.
