We are definitely above that trend line in terms of what's going on here. So we still have a fairly strong, robust job vacancy markets. That is also the reason why we're still seeing those interest rate increases. We can really see that we've just passed the peak in terms of fixed rate mortgages moving into variable mortgages. And I do expect that to come down even further as we see more and more of these households having to pay higher mortgage repayments. Once we get to that peak, hopefully we'll see interest rates pause and then ultimately we'll see a downturn in terms of interest rate.
