How to Deal With a Politised Workplace

Carl Jung said that complex social problems are solved by people who take their personal problems with extreme seriousness so let's say now you're one of these people and you're in a politicized workplace it's like well now you're kind of at the center of the storm in some sense. You can either submit to the slavery that goes along with that and become bitter and resentful or you can stand up and figure out how to push back against it. It's a real tremendous challenge but a challenge that's adopted voluntarily is much more likely to succeed both psychologically and practically if you take it on voluntarily rather than wait until it's chased you into a corner.
