Skidarix and Colagon: A War Criminal Block

I feel like Ramos is, is giving it a shot. He's kind of Mr. Bean knee. It doesn't know a lot about kids, but he's going to protect them. Our next two, we're getting into quite a war criminal block here. Skidarix was responsible for the mass abductions that were common in the oxidat chain prior to the Phorexian rise. Seems to have some connection to Shieldred. The dragon is capable of speech. That's always a plus.
