Is There Liquidity Available for Renewable Projects?

i don't see, at least in my small world of deals that i work on, any lack of liquidity on the debt side, whether it's in bond market or the bank market, available for renewable projects. I greatly smaller projects, smaller companies at a disadvantage. The big company tooleteletme just t ask you som challenge something you just raised there. And again, to me, i'm just trying to understand what the benefit would be of saying, iming to go to a green bond if i'm a small developer?
