How to Get to Sleep
Having a good bedtime routine is the best thing you can do. Bright lights or screens can trick our eyes into thinking it's daytime. It could make us feel more awake even when we should be sleeping. If we don't sleep enough, our brains and bodies have a lot of extra work to do so we can feel easily annoyed, upset or just plain grumpy.
