The Problems With NIL Agents
Some lawyers said some of these contracts look like they're just pulled off the Internet. One contract was one page very short and not really descriptive, so it didn't state who would own the student's intellectual property rights. The NCAA says universities cannot provide legal advice to students. Some schools have found a way around this by offering pro bono legal clinics.
