If you didn't use a physician mortgage loan to buy your house, I suggest you save up for a house down payment. Pay off low interest student loan debt unless you're anticipating that debt being forgiven. Next, make some extra payments on your mortgage. Invest in a taxable account in low risk investments such as municipal bond funds or real estate.
