The President of the United States, Donald Trump, and the Arron Shootdown in the Gulf

A lot of the things that you describe in your book are things that trump might have done, like he wanted to shoot protestors in the g in lafayette square. Wanted to fire missiles at drug cartalse. Wanted to pull troops out of afghanistan and syria precipitously. He didn't do them. So there's a bit of a puzzle for me as to why he talked so tough initially, but often pulled back and didn't execute.
