How to Pricing a GitLab Product
GitLab consists of 10 different stages, so we could price based on the use creator, verify or the other stages. The value in the product comes across when you use multiple stages. For features that are used by an individual contributor, you put them in the open source code base. That works really well because individual contributors are much more likely to contribute. If they contribute, that code is open source. Those margins allow us to reinvest.
