The Return of Chinese Student Mobility Through Academic Merit

The majority of Chinese students who obtain outbound uh mobility through academic merit and here now I'm referring to those who have gone abroad up to mid 2000s. Many of them actually chose this remain abroad and they did not return um Huiya Wang and David Zweig has this study studying how the Chinese government's effort of recruiting back China's lost talent human capital right China's brain drain.
