Are We Going to Have a Rolling Recession?
A rolling recession is a downturn that goes from one sector to the another, but you never have the entire economy go down all at once. The term got coined first sort of in the mid-1980s when we had a big drop in oil prices and changed tax law. Some pundits say the pain though that the heartland of the America faced to help get Trump reelected was part of the reason for his victory.
