Is the Union Really Helping?

In this case, it's that we've got a small corps of people who've been there 20 or 30 years. And whereas before, maybe even ten years ago, they might have viewed the union as a vehicle to help everybody. It's just creatingl you have a small labor aristocracy thatyou have evry one lse getting juslke ground down. But yet, it's th and i feel like the union in my job, could be very helpful. Ah, but it would require certain people in it to, instead of looking out for just their own interests.
