The Importance of Planning for Surgery

In late 2012 one of my daughters came came down with a really bad health condition that required surgery. And we had at that point like catastrophic health insurance, which is basically, you know, protects you from having to pay like millions of dollars for something. But it still has really high deductibles on the order of like 10 to $15,000. So how do you come up with ten K when your monthly expenses are already like,. you know, $5,000 and you're going into. debt over the last four or five months? At that point we almost gave up honestly... We weren't even 30% of the way through to building what we wanted to build."
