The Importance of Having an Office in Sydney

Dropbox was founded in 2006. It has two offices on the East and West Coasts. The company recently opened an office in Sydney, Australia. Why did you decide to do that? There's a lot of talented people from New Zealand or Australia who are very good at their craft. And then it is in the same time zone-ish as the Asian market.
