In a perfect world for me, what would the Federal Reserve be? The Federal Reserve would be this, it would be a clearing house. They don't have to get involved and make discretionary decisions like changing interest rates. And if you can create a system that's more systematic, in my view, where you take these responsibilities off of the Fed's plate, then they could do their job very well.
