Spirit age is of an aspect of perinormal spirituality. i also go into in depth stories of contemporary practitioners who are, you know, many, many of them were highly educated and spiritual leaders in their respective traditions. And yet, i would agree with you hundred percent. There there is no paro normal. It's call nature. Go out and eat some special plants. Go to the burial places of your ancestors, dance under the moon. Is just part of the normal chain of being, right? Exactly, yes.
