When he went to Ranger's School in the mountain phase, there was an African-American Ranger instructor called Sergeant Shelley. Rarely did he pass anyone on patrol and I had him. He grated me one time and I passed. Back then, you could do a lot of things that you can't do now. You get under a poncho at night. And nobody under the poncho can breathe. We got both of them at the same time. One's bad enough. But yeah. No one's going to pass.
