The Locomotion of History

I think it's okay to feel wishful and nostalgic for things, but I also don't think that history is some like, like progress is not just like some forward march forever. And who knows how many people are actually listening at this point? But like, I want to go back. Like a lot of people came in and then they left and it's been abandoned. It just makes me really, really sad.
