The Chaos of a Phone Charging System

CNN's John Sutter talks to volunteers at the border about how they dealt with an influx of migrants. Many were desperate for phone chargers, so people used painters tape and sharpies to write names on phones' backs. One volunteer says he was frustrated by the social situation but that it was "a good nature chaos" The group CABRE is one of many groups providing help in this crisis.
