This is the bomb episode four, pearl harbor. The city was called los alamos and it wasn't on any major roads or listed on any maps. Nearly all of the oakridge workers lived within the fenced boundaries of the city. They weren't even told what they were doing. Only the scientists and highest level managers had been fully briefed.
