The Tension Between Content Moderation and the Law

There's a big tension between what you said and that like, you know, the admin law drifts or whatever in thinking about content moderation. I think there are two things happening. One, there is more state involvement in private restrictions. Two, we've taken this due process oriented from the world of discretionary acts by platforms.
