Is There a Difference Between Free and Binded Sulfur in Your Wine?
Sulfur is essentially to act as a protective measure against oxygen moving forward from that point right yep. So we have those that are occurred naturally through the actions of yeast and or as you said early editions of sulfur whether it be in the vineyard or maybe sometimes even sulfur is added at pressing or this can be sulfur added later on in the winemaking process say prior to bottling. There is usually an evaluation of free versus bound sulfur and then there's a calculation made what you would want to add for your wine.
