At the protocol level i think you'll start to see sort of competitive markets develop for good delegates and so i think if you are a useless not saying all politicians are useless but if you're like acting is kind of like a useless protocol politician trying to farm voting rewards i think you would eventually get sucked out of that role by a competitive delegate market.
