Is the United States a Consistent Power?
I just don't see any way of a, navigating the next hundred years in ways that allow the great powers a to not kind of blow up the world. And moreover, to co operate on a lot of problems that i think urgently need co operation. That you're, you can claim consistency, but it's kind of too easy for you to always claim consistency. I take your point, and i think you're making a, you know, a very thoughtful argument. The thing is, let's roll the tape back... Let's say the united states had always behaved that way,. We are the well wishers of liberty everywhere, but the vindicators only of our own.
