Salt is something that i eat as much of as i absolutely want. In fact, salt can help you get a beggar pump. I probably consume ten grams plus a day, ten thousand milligrams a day. It's in a lot of my foods that i eat, i eat a lot of canned foods as well. And people think thei're fat because of salt. Salt doesn't have calories. It just retains water. But it's hard to retain water without glicogen. glycogen is formed from carbohydrates and holds more water. Add to that salt, you can get bloated.
