Bedtime Procrastination

Research has found that bedtime procrastination is correlated with worse sleep. Some people do it chronically and in a really severe way where they are getting significantly shorter sleep. It's something that we can reduce if it's a problem for us but if you're not doing it that often or if it's just for a short amount of time maybe you don't need to change your behavior.
