The special grand jury in this case unlike a regular grand jury they only produce a report on the findings right but they don't issue indictments so therefore what ultimately happens is they issue the report and the report is that you shouldn't panel a grand jury. So now the testimony the subpoena power of the grand jury will come out and so they are a little behind it's not as if that I believe that the Georgia grand jury that the special grand jury can issue an indictment and then they would be front and center, he says.
