Sleeping With a Top Sheet

One is European and one is American because I'm used to sleeping with a top sheet. The next thing would be a, a sheet, just a single fairly thin cotton sheet. A duvet is normally inside a duvet cover but if it's not in the cover, that's probably a quilt. And then nothing - you obviously got a pillow as well.
