Ou knows, a lot of self work. It was very much like realizing that i needed to be more transparent with what was going on in my head and why i was asking the questions I was asking. And so for them to actually, like, be a leader and and help you, and give you that feedback, and then for you to absorb it, take it in and do something about it, that's what you want. Know exactly what you mean. "I think it was a wonderful thing what your manager did in giving you that feedback"
