Email is not a solver bullet, it can't fix your product. But as SaaS companies, we can't just not try because it's absolutely essential to have it in place. Proactive customer support emails are some of my favorite emails to send Because they leave a lasting impression on your user and they build a relationship with your user. And if there's one thing I could tell founders across the board, it is that you need more time for emails than you think you do.
