I'm not a fasting individual only a couple hours can go by and for me it's like nah like I gotta eat. My one progressive lift on my full body training program is Bulgarian dumbbell split squats. If I do any Olympic lifting that impact of like exploding off the ground I'll be limping around. It's been that way since like 2016 maybe 15-16. Do you think you're going to end up replacing that knee? Because I know some people like Matt Vincent Kelly Sterett who they ended up getting totally replacements and they have that range back.
