What Is B2C2B?

B2C2B is the concept of bottoms up sales or sometimes called product-led growth. It's been popularized by many of the enterprise SaaS companies like Slack, Zoom and Dropbox. Once a company has a critical mass of users who are acquired via that fashion, they can then flip that into a sale to some sort of enterprise.
