Age-Trooper Training

Would you have a J-trooper? Would you still just scale down the training that you do to do the amount of volume that they can do. In general I pay a lot of emphasis on still working on the anaerobic threshold even if you are pro or an age-trooper but then you come to the low intensity work out it is sure that if you ever as volume is 10h per week you probably don't need the lowest intensity. If you want to train a lot you also need some of the easy session and there I also have something that's quite important for me to say and this is not so much about the science but it is so more about the mentality as
