Ipera 16 and Ipe Proard - Is There a Separate Event for an Ipad Event?

Ipe pronout says ipera 16 and new ipe proard will be all in one deb. M two system on a chip, right? They're going to have m two in the next enation. There's obviously the rumor that there's going to be a separate event for an i pad event. I think it starts to confuse even further.
