This was ratified 19 13, and it tweeks article one, section three of the constitution. It says the senate of the united states shall be composed of two senators from each state, elected by the people thereof for six years. And each senator shall have one vote. So from what I read, that means that the people of the state choose the senators. This next one is about giggle juice. Now, amendment 18 was ratified in 19 19. The manufacture, sale or transportation of intoxicating liquors within, the importation thereof into, or the exportation thereof from the united states and all territories subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are hereby prohibited.
