Moonlighting

I think employers should be flexible or open to the idea of employees doing other things. I mean, even when this issue is not there, I'm sure people went up to managers and spoke about things that they wanted to do outside of work. And nobody stopped them. So it is a question of having an open conversation and figuring out what works for both sides.
