The committee will be composed mostly of people that handle development and commercial from both sides. It's not going to be a large committee, but they are going to meet probably more frequently on these commercial and development items. And the goal of these commercial anddevelopment people, for my side, is to make yo to keep the other people countabl so they're going to be able to execute on time.
