The Equal Protection Clause and the Florida Supreme Court

A lot of my beliefs about American government and our ideas about authority is that we all have daddy issues. The Florida Supreme Court didn't say pregnant Chads count hanging Chads don't. So the Supreme Court's argument is essentially because different counties will have different standards for counting under votes, they shouldn't count them at all. That counts as discrimination Because some voters votes will count and some Voters votes will not count.
