I workd for the ho chunk tribe, a clerk there. They were trying to create a new tribal court system that would be respected by the local outsiders. Pretty much every tribal member picked the tribal elder system. Most of the yeto non tribal members picked the traditional pick that new court system. And i was also a law clerk to help integrate tribal traditions into these anglo saxon legal traditions.
